Arbor Vineyards

Located in Beaverton, OR, Arbor Vineyard’s 101 row homes were originally built in 2004 but faced varying degrees of damage.
 
Repairs to Arbor Vineyards included the replacement of siding, roofing, framing and some windows so that all defective conditions could be corrected. All repairs were executed to properly direct water away from the siding and roofs and prevent future water intrusion. Crews also fixed roof slope issues and installed gutters and downspouts at the front entries. To meet the tight seven month project duration, crews worked quickly, while maintaining Charter’s strict quality control standards. To maximize efficiency and maintain the tight schedule, crews repaired multiple buildings simultaneously.
