Gold Pointe Condominiums

Sitting on a hill overlooking the Narrows Bridge, Gold Pointe Condominiums has seen its fair share of high winds and rain. The repairs at the 83 unit, 7 building complex included siding replacement, new deck coatings and glass rails, new windows, roof flashings and plumbing repairs. To perform seismic upgrades throughout the buildings, crews accessed framing through attics and crawl spaces to brace the existing framing. Crews also performed structural upgrades at entry walkways. Special care was taken to minimize the impact to the residents and to ensure their safety.
