Q Condominiums

Built in 2006 in the highly desirable Orenco Station neighborhood, Q Condominiums underwent a fast paced, three month duration, targeted repair to sliding glass doors, windows, decks and other miscellaneous areas due to defects in the building’s original construction.

The property consists of 13 buildings with 62 units. Project scope included the removal and reinstallation of sliding glass doors and windows. Material transitions and improperly sloped deck surfaces were repaired as well. Targeted demolition and repairs to the stucco and brick siding and new flashing material were carefully tied in to the existing areas.

Charter’s crews performed several phases of the project scope at the same time with multiple teams to ensure the aggressive three month schedule was met. The property remained occupied during construction. Due to narrow courtyard walkways and minimal material lay-down areas, careful planning and coordination was necessary to ensure a safe jobsite for both residents and Charter’s team.
