Charter was hired to perform a full building envelope rehabilitation at the Site 17 Condominiums in downtown Seattle, WA. The 130 unit complex underwent a strip and reclad of siding and installation of new windows, roofs and decks.
Both buildings are mixed use; one seven stories and the other eight stories. Located in Belltown, there was very little room for material lay down or equipment. The safety of workers, residents, pedestrians and traffic was the on the forefront as the team planed the most efficient use of space and time to complete the project.
