The Village at Casper's Mill
Poorly installed windows and a lack of proper flashing wreaked havoc throughout the Village at Casper’s Mill, a 24-unit condominium complex located in Everett, WA.
Crews removed and reinstalled the windows throughout the complex and took careful precaution to install proper weather resistant barriers and flashing details. Additional scope included removing the existing vinyl siding and replacing it with new Hardie lap siding and cedar trim. New roof diverters and chimney caps were installed along with minor roof and gutter upgrades.
