Veridian Cove Condominiums

Veridian Cove Condominiums was originally built in 1988 and is a 10-building, 182-unit community located in North Seattle. Years of severe Northwest weather has taken its toll on Veridian Cove. Charter’s renovation team removed and replaced all deck railings and coatings and performed other repairs as necessary. Two entry stair towers were beyond repair and had to be demolished and completely rebuilt.

Additional scope included performing inspections and repairs to the bathtubs in each unit. Some units show extensive water damage from failed tile installation, Charter inspected and repaired each unit as necessary to ensure all problems are corrected.
