Pete Gross House Building Renovation

Charter Construction took special care to provide above and beyond service while performing repairs at the Pete Gross House building rehabilitation project. Extreme containment measures were taken while decayed framing and other building materials were removed and replaced in the 37 affected units.

Project scope included the removal and replacement of weather resistant barriers (WRB) and siding and repairs to decks.  Originally built in 1999, The Pete Gross House is a 70-unit apartment building that provides Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) patients and their families a place to live while receiving treatment.
