We are proud of the facility that you provided the District and we commend your staff for their thorough, professional, and personable approach to construction methods and management. A job like this includes the oversight of a myriad of sub-contractors and suppliers and your firm has done an exemplary job in taking control of what seems like a chaotic process to the layman.

Charter Construction was our contractor of choice and we were very pleased with their performance as the general contractor. They were outstanding in every area of concern from working with the design engineers, pricing, selection of all subcontractors, scheduling and workflow.

The Equinox condominium project was a challenging endeavor for all parties involved. The Charter team took charge and communicated clearly issues of critical path importance. They did their best to keep to the schedule and keep additional costs to a minimum.
Scott Boyer, Mithun Architects
Charter staff have been exceptional to deal with. Be proud of all those on site because they are always professional and accommodating as they continue through this project. Great representation of your company.
Charter Construction was a real find. As a developer running multiple projects throughout the U.S., it’s difficult to find quality contractors that take your interests to heart. Charter has a great combination of qualified office and field staff which pushed a difficult project from start to finish in a timely and cost efficient manner.

My experience with Charter Construction puts your company at the top level. Your company philosophies are evident from customer service and workmanship to follow up, quality and integrity. These are the things that speak well of the people hired by Charter. Japanese Presbyterian Church is pleased to have had the opportunity to work with Charter. We offer our profound gratitude in helping us through the fire repair and siding restoration along with our thanks as we celebrate our 100 year anniversary with renewed spirit and building.

Charter has done a fabulous job at Juanita Shores and I am so excited to return to my new, gorgeous home.
The conscientiousness and quality that Charter brought to the job every day for 8 months was phenomenal. The company tag line “Whatever it takes” was clearly demonstrated by the project team with every task and every decision; we really appreciate the complete dedication to quality and owner satisfaction.

Our relationship with Charter Construction was beyond the bounds of an ordinary contractual relationship. We truly worked in partnership. They were quality and it showed.

Lots of businesses will say that customer satisfaction is paramount; Charter actually lives it.
Salish Lodge and Spa is a premier dining and lodging destination here in the Pacific Northwest known for their attention to detail. When it comes to projects that they undertake, that same attention to detail is expected of the contractors that perform the work. This fire restoration project was no exception and Charter Construction exceeded our expectations. As a result, the project schedule was significantly reduced, impacts to daily operations were minimal, and the lost revenue during the course of the projected was unbelievably minimal.

Charter Construction has been a pleasure to work with. They are good communicators, good coordinators, good partners and have been financially responsible throughout the project. And most important to us, they have been a great contractor.

Charter people led when they needed to take charge; they challenged when they felt it was in my best interest; and, most important, the entity performed at all levels to present to me an outstanding contemporary home of which I am very proud. The team that was dedicated to this Charter project also felt true pride of workmanship and a well deserved sense of accomplishment when they handed me the key to Lakeside House.
Sheppard Lake House
Throughout the project Charter provided exemplary project management and project supervision services, effectively managing their own employees and numerous specialty sub-contractors to achieve excellent results in key project areas. Charter self-performed work in a number of key crafts including exterior siding and interior finish carpentry. Charter’s work in these areas was outstanding.

Charter was a great advocate for the owners, working with subs and suppliers to adjust to changes in scope and modifications as they arose. They provided solutions to problems and worked to provide a great building. Charter pays attention to the details.

It has been a pleasure working with Charter Construction on the Sweetbrier Apartment building in Seattle, WA. I could always trust that they would work with our recommendation or make a suggestion that would maintain the design intent of the project.
Charter Construction crafted an exquisite and beautiful house for us. The workmanship is flawless and their team was always professional and easy to work with. We are very pleased and would recommend them highly to anyone.

I had the opportunity of working with Charter Construction on the University of Washington Hutchinson Hall Drama Design Studio tenant improvement project from June though December 2010. Throughout the construction phase, I found Charter to be responsive to questions and/or concerns both in the field and administratively. When conflicts in the process occurred, Charter worked collaboratively with both the University and Design Teams to arrive at the best solution that was both cost effective and schedule oriented.
