The size and age of the Cosmos are beyond ordinary human understanding. Lost somewhere between immensity and eternity is our tiny planetary home. In a cosmic perspective, most human concerns seem insignificant.

Types of work that fall under remediation are siding re-clads, re-roof, re-pipe to name a few.
Where is Charter located?
Charter began and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington. However, a little more than 10 years ago we opened an office in Portland, Oregon which is now almost as sizeable as our Seattle headquarters. But more recently, we opened a small office in Boise, Idaho as well.
What types of Construction projects does Charter perform?
Charter has deep breadth when it comes to our projects. Our Seattle commercial team performs ground-up new commercial construction e.g. new apartment buildings, warehouses, condo buildings, but also tenant improvement renovations. Our residential team is a leader, since Charter was formed, in the building of custom homes. More information can be found on their website, cchcrafted.com. Charter also specializes in 24-hour emergency services as it relates to floods, fires, and storms.

I'm resident at a Charter project, how do I get in touch if I have a problem?
If your project has a designated Homeowner Liaison (HOL) you can reach out to them. If not, you can always connect with the outside superintendent. If you don't know who that is or how to get in touch with them, you can call the Charter offices (numbers located in the footer of the website) and speak with the receptionist who can get you to the appropriate person.
Is your office open to the public?
Yes, our offices are available for people to walk-in. However, it's best to always make an appointment with whomever the person is you need to speak with. Our employees are busy with multiple projects and have multiple pre-booked appointments throughout the day. Contact the department you would like to meet with directly and make an appointment.
Charter recently completed a project and there's a problem in my unit?
We don't leave any of our projects half-done. If you have a problem it is our pleasure and duty to help you solve and fix that problem. Reach out immediately to either the Homeowner Liaison or Superintendant of your project. If you don't know who those people are, please call the Charter receptionist, at the office wherever your project is located, and that person can help you locate the correct person to connect with.
