Charter Construction was called out to a single family residence when a large tree fell during the Oregon storm season. The residence had the entire truss system replaced due to the damage. Through the process, the residence needed to be brought up to current structural engineering code. The damage also allowed the homeowner to make changes as construction was occurring.
