Black Bottle

Black Bottle is a bustling globally inspired small plate restaurant located on the ground level of a high-end 23 level apartment tower in Bellevue. One morning prior to Black Bottle opening, the apartment complex above was doing water pressure testing. During the testing large amounts of water poured into the restaurant at a rapid pace leaving 2 inches of standing water throughout the space. Charter was called in during demolition and had a short 6 week duration to get the restaurant up and running again. The bar counter stayed in place, the wall of 2nd use windows stayed in place and the work continued at an advanced pace to get the custom finishes in. Black Bottle opened and our relationship is successful.
