Peterkort Rowhomes
Charter Construction responded to a 3 townhome fire in the summer months that affected the interior and exterior in a large complex. These beautiful townhomes needed to be completely gutted. The roofs and trusses that were affected were removed and replaced. The interior had to be rebuilt from studs all the way out to the client selected finishes. This was a special project for Charter since we had worked extensively with this community in the past. Their decision to hire us to do the fire mitigation and reconstruction was a vote of confidence in our relationship and work that we truly value.
