Charter performed targeted siding and deck repairs at this residential community located in Portland, OR. Crews removed and reinstalled windows, doors and siding at targeted areas to properly install flashings and tie into the weather resistive barrier on all 20 buildings. Planter boxes were inspected and repaired with new waterproofing materials to ensure proper operation.Work was performed within a very tight timeframe making communication critical among all parties involved. Charter’s homeowner liaison was the key contact between residents of the 40 occupied units and the contractor to ensure a smooth transition from start to finish.
