Emily Lane Condominiums

Built in 2001, Emily Lane Condominiums suffered from years of water intrusion, requiring a complete strip of the existing siding, new weather resistant building paper and the replacement of damaged wood sheathing and framing. The renovation of the 3 building, 24-unit complex was completed over a five month span. The cedar plank siding was replaced with fiber cement siding, new elastomeric deck and walkway coatings were installed and the buildings will be painted.

Charter helped the HOA reach their budget with extensive value engineering during pre-construction and the creation of an aggressive schedule.
