Forest Villa Condominiums

Located in Shoreline, WA, Forest Villa is a unique project featuring both townhome and single building style units. The differing details added significant planning and coordination to the project. Charter worked closely with the homeowners of Forest Villa to meet their tight budget requirements while still ensuring the required structural and rot repairs to the 16 building community were completed. Project scope included the installation of new siding and windows, including the removal and replacement of building sheathing and insulation. Crews also completed deck repairs and installed new waterproofing details to the buildings throughout the community. Forest Villa sits in a heavily wooded area and required special care during construction.  Charter took extra precautions during construction to ensure these areas were protected and not disturbed.
