Heatherstone Condominiums

Charter Construction performed substantial dryrot repairs to the 9 buildings, 86 unit community located in Bellevue, WA. Plagued with leaky windows and insufficient water drainage, significant water damage developed around the windows as well as decks, sheathing and framing. Crews replaced siding, windows and improved insulation throughout all 9 buildings.  


The underground roof drainage system was replaced in addition to the installation of below grade French drains and other collection structures.
