The windows and stucco cladding system failed at this Belltown condominium building in Seattle. Crews removed all stucco, windows, deck coating and railings. A Parex stucco system on top of a Knightwall rainscreen, aluminum windows and code compliant deck railings was installed.

Located in a tight downtown site on Western Avenue, half of the project had only a narrow access corridor between neighboring properties in which to materials were and manpower were moved. Heavy triple paned windows required a material lift to get them up the scaffolding.
