Elite Care at Oatfield Estates

The Elite Care at Oatfield Estate II Elder Care Facility is a 24-unit elder care facility constructed on a 31,854 SF site consisting of as single, two-building complex. Each 12-unit, three-story building in the complex is connected with a building link—one building link consists of a ground level open area which has a vehicle circulation area and a covered gathering area and a third level link that has a connecting hallway between buildings. The total square footage for the two building complexes is 26,980 SF. The project is a continuation of the existing Elite Care facility at Oatfield Estates in Portland. Oatfield Estates was designed with a modular unit construction component as well as conventional construction methods. The project incorporates many “Green” building concepts, such as rainwater collection, zero migration site drainage, superior interior environment, and energy management systems and the project goal is a Platinum LEED rating.
