Queen Anne Towne Apartments is located in Seattle’s beautiful Queen Anne neighborhood.  The one city block property was built to include a grand plaza, a new 24,000 square foot Trader Joe’s market, 20,000 square feet of street level retail space, 125 luxury apartments and 200 parking stalls.  The building is wood framed over post tension slab concrete with brick, metal and composite siding.  The project was been designed for LEED certification.
