Charter completed this fast paced multi-building tenant improvement project for Verizon Wireless in only 16 weeks. Located in Bellevue, the two building, 6 floor, 110,000 SF project included a complete interior demolition with major plumbing, electrical and mechanical upgrades.
The buildings have been renovated multiple times in the past and uncovering unknown conditions was challenging, but Charter maintained the tight schedule. Verizon’s employees moved into the first building prior to construction starting on the second building.
