Ballard Place Condominiums

The Ballard Place Condominiums project lies in a dense urban neighborhood and required careful planning from Charter’s management team to coordinate material drop off and site storage. Ballard Place is a relatively new condominium building, only being built within the last ten years. Crews performed targeted repairs, paying special attention to installing key flashing details that were missed during the original construction.  One of the key details about this project was the on-site metal shop that was set up by Charter. The use of special metal forming equipment was housed on-site to design and create the intricate metal flashings needed to complete the project. Additional scope included new deck coatings, exterior paint and sealants.
