Charter’s renovation team reused the intricately detailed Skirl siding at Peterkort Woods, which required the team to work carefully as repairs were made to the 32 building, Craftsman style townhome development. Crews performed targeted repairs to fix defects in concrete, roof to wall transitions, decks and correct flashing details.    The targeted repairs at Peterkort Woods required special care and coordination while crews worked around adjacent components that were to remain in place and untouched. All 224 units remained occupied while Charter completed repairs through the aggressive 6 month duration schedule. Charter’s extensive background with defect repair projects and dedication to continually exceeding client expectations delivered the Peterkort Woods project on time and on budget.
